Briko products are warrantied against material and manufacturing defects as determined by Briko USA for one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser when purchased from an Authorized Briko dealer or BrikoUSA. Product purchased in stores over three years old from the manufacturing date may incur a cost for warranty (ie. warranty upgrade).
If you find the product defective, please return to the Briko Authorized Dealer from which you bought it from and provide proof of purchase. If this is not possible, please contact Briko USA at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: WARRANTY. Be prepared to return the product together with proof of purchase. Briko USA will determine whether repair is possible or replacement of the product is necessary.
This warranty does not apply to defects of physical damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, improper fit, modifications, and exposure to heat, and all such actions shall void the warranty.
Briko USA recommends sending the defective product via Fedex or USPS with a tracking number as Briko USA is responsible only for what it will receive. Scratched lenses on eyewear (goggles included) are considered normal use and are not covered by warranty.
